Summary	User has no way to delete account
Description	On the Edit User Account page, User has no way to delete account or request deletion. I see two reasonable ways to correct this. 1. Add a button to delete account, with a confirmation page to prevent accidental deletions. 2. Add a button to request deletion, setting a flag on user record and sending email to admin account. Admin would delete account via Users page on Admin Dashboard.
