Summary	Old password field shows non-functional question mark
Description	On the Edit User Account page, the Old password field shows question mark on right end. It is an active link (cursor changes), but takes no action when clicked. I suggest either adding hover text for the question mark link, or removing the link. Ray Franklin green@rohswell.com
