Summary	$abs_us_root and $us_url_root inappropriately recalculated in a few places
Description	<p>Issue #779 fixed this in users/helpers/us_helpers.php but there are still some places, notably in users/helpers/permissions.php, where the calculation is re-done, defeating any custom setup that has been created in init.php.</p> <p>Adding this issue at Dan's request, but all the necessary information is in notes at https://userspice.com/bugs/usersc/issue_detail.php?id=779</p> <p> </p>
