Summary	Datetimepicker in forms not working.
Description	After upgrading from 4.4 to 5.0 (The Lazy Way) and installing the form plugin (the one from 4.4) the datetimepicker doesn&#039;t work. In Chrome I get the following error: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).datetimepicker is not a function at admin.php?view=_admin_forms_edit&amp;edit=18:681 (anonymous) @ admin.php?view=_admin_forms_edit&amp;edit=18:681 (The same error is present when using the forms on regular pages).
