Summary	Spice Shaker should show what is ALREADY installed and what version
Description	Spice Shaker should show what is ALREADY installed and what version I installed a few widgets and then went back to plugins and doesnt show what widgets i already installed. Maybe it could show what is installed and what version and possibly also show if it is activated yet?
