Summary	database default schema mess
Description	<p>50% of the tables are latin1</p> <p>and others are utf8</p> <p> </p> <p>the install sql should set default charset as utf8.</p> <p> </p> <p>btw, there's only one update chunk have charset problem, </p> <p>0DaShInkjV86 creates a table as latin1 charset.</p>
