Summary	Cannot access admin dashboard settings
Description	<p>I cannot access any of the links under "Settings" in the admin dashboard after updating to 4.4.11</p> <p>The url changes to the appropriate "?view=" but the page just reloads to back to the main dashboard view displaying the graphs and amount of users etc.</p> <p>I rolled back the files to 4.4.09 and it was working again so I am not sure what the issue is. </p>

The issue seems to have started after I edited .htaccess to force http to https

Also this wasn't a problem in 4.4.09 with the same htaccess
