Summary	Plugin do not disable in database on click Disable button
Description	<p>Plugin do not disable in database on click Disable button.</p> <p>If you try to configure plugin unce disabled, you can do it. I'ts just because the value on database remains as "active".</p> <p> </p>

<p>Thank you! I made a new function to check whether a plugin was active.  I also put the plugin name in a new file called plugin_info.php so you only have to define it once in the xml and once in that file. This makes it much faster to make a new plugin and easier to avoid mistakes when copying a plugin.</p>
