Summary	The User Spice app crashes when you copy a language file to the usersc folder
Description	I would like to customize a few phrases in the users/lang/de-DE.php file. When I save a copy of the file as usersc/lang/de-DE.php, the page takes a very long time to load and then crashes with the following error message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in ...\usersc\lang\de-DE.php on line 140
