Summary	Capital Letter needed although Not shown
Description	i have an issue when registering in userspice (latest version): in registratoin configuration i have disabled capital characters as needed character. on registration page i see the password meter. capital letter is not shown as necessary. i enter two identical passwords, everything is green, but the "register" button is not pressable.

Thanks so much for this. The code has been updated to dynamically build the password meter based on the dashboard settings. I think that will prevent that issue.
