Summary	Form Builder tossing Undefined index
Description	Logs and page that generated them: https://pastebin.com/PZdZbRXV I was checking for errors in my logs for things that happen in the background without killing things and saw some PHP Notice events from Form Builder. So I ran the page in question and got no errors. Then, I selected a date range to display that was valid for the custom output that DOES NOT use Form Builder. It is a custom DB call that references the FB data for a full table (2 lines per entry) rather than the compact Form Builder table. Below this, the only call to Form Builder is to generate an input form for new calendar entries. For some reason, it now tosses out a bunch of errors/notices. I commented out the three lines to generate the form and the errors disappear. These three lines are: $token = Token::generate(); $options[&#039;token&#039;] = $token; displayForm(&#039;calendar&#039;,$options); Because of the date range form above this, I am generating a new token for the add entry form. That is from the suggestions on how to use Form Builder. For paranoia, I commented that out and went to just displayForm(&#039;calendar&#039;); and still got all the warnings. I have no clue how a DB lookup could cause the Form Builder to toss &quot;Undefined index&quot; but it really looks like that is happening.
