Summary	Form Builder 2.1.6 - Delete form view
Description	Form Builder 2.1.6: "Delete button" on your form views list does not work. On click, page refreshes and form view remains with no error message in page or in console. The delete button works fine from the Manage form views page, but not form manager home page.
