Description	Hello, It would be great if you could add the ability to "BCC" all outgoing mail from the system? Thanks.

Consider both a way to pass bcc as well as a default. Consider the implications on password resets.

So you can add bcc now by passing it in the opts array so $opts['bcc'] = "test@aol.com"; To add bcc on everything just copy the email function to usersc/includes/custom_functions and shoehorn that in. Your email function will run instead of ours.
