Yes, I'm running a WAMP stack, and I definitely don't have a certificate set up for cURL in php.ini as suggested in the article you cited. I thought the error was coming from your side, so I reported it. But I should have read the error message all the way to the end. Sorry. In the meantime I manually upgraded to the latest UserSpice a few hours before your reply, so next time an update comes out I'll verify the certificate fix. Thanks for your help.
