Summary	Request Plugin Hook - init.php file
Description	Would like a Plugin Hook at the end of the INIT.PHP file.

"usersc/includes/loader.php" allows you to include anything immediately after init.php. The last line of init.php is users/loader.php and usersc/includes/loader.php is the last lie of that file.

Is there a way to add a hook to the bottom of Loader.php then?
