Summary	Default language not being set for new users
Description	If you add a new user via the Users view in the Dashboard, the default language is not being applied to the new user's record. Always defaults to en-US. _admin_users.php is not setting the language field in the Try block on line 92. Needs to have: if (isset($_SESSION['us_lang'])){ $newLang = $_SESSION['us_lang']; } else { $newLang = $settings->default_language; } and 'language' => $newLang,
