Description	/users/admin.php?view=user If user has autofill for password set on their browser and they go and try to say eg. manually verify a user. The autofill of the password is automatically entered into the first password field and therefore the update fails. Ok for experienced devs to pick this up but it comes back from clients all the time as "the update wont work". I think it would require a different name for the password.

I see a case for this to be enabled and disabled. On one side, we may want those fields to be picked up so you CAN autofill a password that is generated, especially with Chrome pushing heavily towards generating passwords for users, and an increasing number of people using password managers. On the other side, I see how this can be a problematic issue. I suggest one of two things: - this gets deferred to a plugin, where the autocomplete value is changed through the plugin - we create some crazy extra annoying code that until the modal is open, the password field has an "off" autocomplete value, which we also could probably do in the plugin

It's also a non-stop annoyance that both browsers and plugins such as lastpass blatantly ignore autocomplete off and all the various tricks we keep shoehorning to stop this behavior.
