Summary	Validate class requires PHP mbstring extension
Description	The validate class uses the mbstring extension. It is not currently stated as a requirement of UserSpice but without it you are unable to login. Fix would be to add it to the requirements on install. https://github.com/mudmin/UserSpice5/blob/master/users/classes/Validate.php#L53
