Summary	Redundant </body> closing tags in UserSpice standard template
Description	In the standard template, it looks like there are two `</body>` tags: one in `userc\templates\standard\footer.php` (line 6), and it then includes `users\includes\html_footer.php` which has it's own `</body>` (line 42).

Thanks for this. I had this down as a template problem, but I think I need to remove the tag from the generic userspice footer instead. I'll make a new ticket and get this out.

Sorry. I was wrong on this. This is a problem just with the standard template.
