Summary	SAAS - Malformed HTML form in uedit.php
Description	Users details cannot be edited by organisation administrators (in Chrome at least). The main adminUser form element is declared with two further forms (makeMgr / removeMgr) inside it. This closes the initial form and so the submit button does not work. 249: <form class="form" id='adminUser' name='adminUser' action='' method='post'> Move to 277: <form class="form" id='adminUser' name='adminUser' action='' method='post'> And all works.
