Summary	includeHook should return if no hooks defined
Description	Sometimes no hooks are returned by getMyHooks (which currently does not return null, but it should), so we should check to see if there are no hooks and return if thats the case

getMyHooks was working fine. It returns a formatted empty array if there were no hooks... this is because later in the page, it's expected that includeHook will call those positions explicitly. I did make includeHook return more gracefully of a bogus position was called.
