Summary	Update validation class to return rule broken with symbols and numbers
Description	To add better flexibility for other languages.

Some languages are not compatible with our error messages, so the rulesBroken array returns the field name, rule broken, and any other relevant info as a 3rd parameter so this can be parsed to produce better error messages for certain languages. The latest version of the form builder will also return this information.
