Which plugin(s) are you having issues downloading or updating? It may be better for you to reach out in Discord so we can resolve this, as I'm not seeing a formal bug here yet.

Can you check in users/parsers To see if you have a temp.zip file stuck in there? If so, delete it. Newer versions of user splice delete this for you, but if you have an old one that can't be overwritten it is checking the hash of the old file and not the thing that was downloaded
