Summary	Form Builder will not work with PHP 8.0.3
Description	I first began experimenting with UserSpice on XAMPP windows 10, with PHP 8.0.3. I had an issue where when attempting to create a form in the form builder plugin, I would get an error upon entering the form name that stated: &#039;Sorry! It looks like you used to have a form by that name that was never fully deleted!&#039; I tried installing on a CentOS lightsail instance running PHP 7.x and achieved positive results. After downgrading PHP to 7.4.19 on the XAMPP install on my windows machine, I had success with the plugin. I recommend adding a compatibility note to the plugin description.

Hi John. Thanks for filling this out. Have you tried updating to form builder 1.2.0?

I can't recreate this on php 8.0.15 on the latest version of the form builder, so I'm guessing either we fixed the issue with an update without knowing it or the issue is some other rare thing that we can't recreate. If it does pop up again, definitely let us know.
