Summary	Widget Code on _admin_dashboard is harsh
Description	<p>When widget.php doesn't exist in a directory inside of usersc/widgets we throw a hard include error as we don't run an if statement around it ~ line 30 on _admin_dashboard. We should add an if around this and if not either log an error or simply just do nothing.
