Summary	Allow plugins to override core functions
Description	<p>Plugins currently are unable to override functions of the core.<br /><br />For example I'd like to make a plugin allowing OAuth of google for email authentication, currently this is impossible as I'd be redeclaring the email function due to the location of where plugin functions are included in the helpers.</p>
