Summary	Formbuilder changes forms column of settings which doesn't exist
Description	<p>https://github.com/mudmin/usplugins/blob/d4b1f81d3e312d8b797c50edc6d148504e95ec30/src/forms/activate.php#L9<br /><br />In activation of the forms plugin it changes forms to 1 in settings. This column is not added during installation of the plugin and can cause PDO exceptions, so either the column needs to be added or this line needs to be removed.</p>

<p>This wasn't being used on new installs, so I pulled it from the installer on the last update. This could break old v4 installs using the feature but they most likely have that set to 1 anyway.</p>
