Summary	Greek letters in page title and DB limit of title varchar(50) because of htmlentities
Description	If you use Greek letters in the page title field, this is translated to htmlentities before inserting into the DB and the title field only accepts varchar of length 50, which is very limiting. For example my title which is only 5 words, is being translated to 174 characters and only the first 50 are entered in the db thus breaking the title display.
