Summary	Force SSL with no HTTP_HOST results in errors
Description	<p>Some bots, scrapers, etc. may not defined HTTP_HOST (even though they should). This will cause Line 94 of header1_must_include to produce a PHP error. We should either:</p> <p>1) check if HTTP_HOST is defined before we attempt to redirect and; die if not, or continue without redirect</p> <p>2) kill all sessions without an HTTP_HOST (with or without a setting)</p>
