Summary	Bug with Email verification option
Description	If a user registers while the email verification option is set to YES, and the email verification option is turned off before they verify their email, the user is unable to log in until they verify their email address. Steps to reproduce: - Set &quot;Require User to Verify Their Email&quot; to YES - Register a new user - Do not verify email address - Set &quot;Require User to Verify Their Email&quot; to NO - Attempt to log in as the recently created new user The user&#039;s email verification status be in the database regardless of email verification option. But the check for verification status should be contingent on the email verification option. ie - If user has not verified their email address, but &quot;require email verification&quot; is OFF, allow login. -- and then later, -- If &quot;require email verification&quot; is set to YES, any user who has previously not verified their email address will be required to do so. Also: Feature request: Option in user manager for admin to manually &quot;verify&quot; the user&#039;s email address.
