Summary	CMS and Blog v 1.0.7 menus not working.
Description	Menus in the settings not doing anything.

To fix: In /user/usersc/plugins/cms/assets/menu.php Find and replace all data-toggle="dropdown" with data-bs-toggle="dropdown"
