Summary	CMS & Blog Plugin: Cannot set category to "no parent" for "Subcategory of"
Description	Test case: - Create a category (any name) - Create a second category (any name) - Attempt to edit the second category to not be a child of the first category in the UI Once the first category is created, the only way to set a category to not be a subcategory of another is to manually update subcat_of = 0 via SQL. Believe the root cause is in the recursive function cmsCatTree (/usersc/plugins/cms/functions.php:95), but experiencing difficulty understanding its inner workings. If I figure it out, I'll post a proposed fix here.
