Description	I think we should make two adjustments to the delAll function in the Logs System: 1) Log that a clear happened 2) Offer a truncate vs/and delete all (so the IDs can continue and not be reset) instead of just 1

I'm good with this. We may want to put a warning about the load it could put on the server if the logs are huge. You'd know better than me on that, but that's why I used truncate.

Agreed - I'll take care of this ticket. I have a few UI changes I want to make which I'll tag along with these few logging tickets.
