Summary	[Feature Request] Allow Change of Staff Levels
Description	<p>Currently, Permission Level 2 is hard coded as the default staff level. However, some people (myself included) have repurposed those roles without realizing the innate nature and hard-coded level and repurposed this level for other purposes. </p> <p>It would be really nice instead of having one hard-coded level to have a db-driven setting for a role if it is a staff role, and use this level instead of defaulting to 2 (or, at the very least, have stronger warnings/indicators of the special status of level 2 to ward people off of repurposing l2.)</p> <p>Discussed in Discord on 2020-12-23</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>It's not really practical to allow people to change the purpose, so the best I can do is throw a warning.</p>
